The first seven homes will be completed by the end of 2024. Check the website for dates as construction nears completion and work with Stand By Me to become prequalified for a mortgage.
We prefer that you work with your Stand By Me coach on finding a lender or housing counselor as they are most familiar with the process of purchasing these homes, but working with a specific lender or housing counselor is not required.
Refer your client to fill out an application form on this website. If your client is already prequalified and has completed housing counseling, follow offer submission instructions per MLS.
These first seven homes are phase one of a multi-phase affordable single family home initiative through Cinnaire Solutions. Additional phases are planned to include a minimum of 12 and as many as 29 new townhomes within the next three years. Check the website for updates as additional homes become available.
All homebuyers must be mortgage-ready when submitting an offer for these homes. We encourage you to begin working with Stand By Me now though to complete housing counseling and become prequalified for a mortgage to purchase one of our future Wilmington homes.
